Privacy Policy
- VVii does not collect any data. We (Adevio) never receive, see or store your records.
- Everything you enter is stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, it is stored in your own private iCloud database, which we cannot read.
- No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party SDKs and no Adevio servers.
1. Who we are
VVii is developed by Adevio, MB, company code 306128401, A.Goštauto g. 2, Vilnius, Lithuania (“Adevio”, “we”). Contact: susisiekti@adevio.lt.
2. What VVii is
VVii is a practice-management app for practitioners. It lets you record information about the people you work with — for example names and contact details, consultation notes, readings, programs, measurements and their history.
3. Data we collect
None. VVii has no sign-up, no user accounts and no connection to any server operated by Adevio or by a third party on our behalf. The app does not contain analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or tracking software, and it does not use identifiers to track you across apps or websites.
This matches the “Data Not Collected” label shown for VVii on the App Store.

5. Face ID and Touch ID
If you enable it, VVii uses Face ID or Touch ID to unlock the app. Biometric matching is done entirely by Apple's operating system; VVii only receives a “success” or “failure” result. VVii never has access to your face or fingerprint data.
6. Permissions
The only protected device feature VVii asks for is Face ID (on iPhone and iPad). VVii does not access your camera, photos, contacts, microphone, location, calendars or reminders, and it does not send notifications.
7. Apple services
Some processing is done by Apple, not by us, and is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy:
- App Store — downloads, purchases and updates.
- iCloud — if you turn on sync.
- Crash reports and diagnostics — only if you allow your device to share analytics with app developers (Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements). Apple then shares anonymised crash reports with us; they do not contain your records.
8. Information about the people you work with
You decide what you record about your clients or patients, and you are responsible for that information under the data-protection laws that apply to you (such as the GDPR), including having a lawful basis, informing them and responding to their requests. Because Adevio never receives this information, we are neither its controller nor its processor. VVii helps you protect it with an optional PIN / Face ID / Touch ID lock, automatic locking and encrypted backups.
9. Security
- All data stays in the app's sandboxed storage protected by your device's own encryption.
- The app can lock itself after a period of inactivity and when your device sleeps.
- Backups are encrypted with AES using a password you choose. Keep it safe — we cannot recover it.
10. Keeping and deleting your information
Your records exist only as long as you keep them. You can delete individual records in the app. Deleting the app removes its data from that device. To remove synced data, delete VVii's data in iCloud (on iPhone or iPad: Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage; on Mac: System Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage). Backup files you created are deleted like any other file.
11. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. You can always see, export (as a backup) and delete your own records directly in the app. If you have a question or complaint, contact us at susisiekti@adevio.lt. You may also contact the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local supervisory authority.
12. Children
VVii is a professional tool for adults and is not directed to children.
13. Changes to this policy
If a future version of VVii changes how data is handled — for example by adding a feature that sends data off your device — we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before that version is released, and change the effective date above.
